Erika Lundahl

I am a product of my environment, a true Oregonian.  I live with my mother, father, and two younger sisters in Corvallis, Oregon.  Corvallis is a moderately sized college town.  Where I live, rain is a regular visitor, and bikes, co-ops, and farmer's markets are part of daily life. I believe that one of the most important things a person can do is to shrink their environmental footprint.

My academic and social interests include politics, history, sociology and literature.  People excite me.  How they work in groups, in society, individually.  I am the editor of my high school's art and literary magazine "Variations" and am inspired by writers, musicians, poets, play writes, and philosophers alike.  These play into my passion for theatre and music.   For me, there is something incalculably beautiful about making people think, create, and foster new ideas through art.  I am an officer of my schools drama club and work as an actor and theatre technician year round.  I also play piano, guitar, and sing in two musical groups, and will be beginning my fourth year of high school choir this year.
